Adam Long’s sculpture, Come What May, has been accepted into the Missouri Art Now traveling exhibition as part of the state’s bicentennial celebrations in 2021. 60 artworks by 60 artists from across the state were chosen to have their work shown at 5 venues. Follow Adam on Facebook for updates.
Adam’s studio didn’t produce as much in 2020 not because of Covid-19, but because he has been rehabbing a new home and studio for himself for 9 months. Although not complete the studio is up and running now! January saw 6 new sculptures in progress.
Adam Long won Best of Show for 3D artwork during the Art Fair at Queeny Park this Labor Day weekend. There were many talented artists participating in the fair and Adam is very humbled by the judges decision.
Adam Long Sculpture received a grant from the Puffin Foundation for his Feral Plastic: Sea Turtle Project sculpture series. The foundation was very generous and Adam is very honored to be gifted with this grant.
